A day in many
Oh wow, seems like ages since I checked uh !
Let's see, today SSGT test. MOI kekanan pu-sing on the march. I screwed up slightly cus, I didn't say it lands on left leg. Interview, I actually enjoyed it uh. No drill cane, thank goodness, but I must say I quite like the questions for the interview.
How do I improve the hurricane lamp to reduce the soot emission.
Which two person in the 9 should get promoted and why.
Where do I rank myself in the 9
Who's below my rank.
Who's the weakest and why , how can we help him/her
How to improve NPCC as a whole.
I got stunned at a few question, literally mind went blank...
Then we supposed to sketch a rifle rack that can hold 5 rifles and 20 batons ... Wow. Brainstormed like ... -.-
After that Des Sir treat us to Jap lunch , thank you Lao Da !! :D
Went around, decided on playground, discussed almost everything under the sun !
Then Trina and Jianing came by uh, sat with us for a while, yup yup.
Problem with Sec 2 squad, cohesion and bonding, main task. It's mine too ...
Oh I just remembered -.- I failed SPF's criteria -.- Cus no STC badge -.- Sian TTM
Hope all 9 of us pass SSGT, get next class drill badge ! >.<
